Shipping/Pick Up


Free shipping on all domestic orders that exceed $120 before shipping cost (rates may vary during store wide sale)  and after any discount code is applied (customer must select this option at checkout).  If your order does not qualify for free shipping, we offer our $6.00 flat rate shipping. All packages are shipped with UPS or USPS. Please allow 1-3 working business days for items to be processed and shipped. You will receive an email once your order has been fulfilled. 

Once your package has shipped we are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages, please contact USPS/UPS or you local authorities. We do not  replace or refund packages that have been lost or stolen.

Once a package is scanned as “delivered” we are no longer responsible for any packges that go missing.  We will only insure coverage for lost or damaged packages in transit. 

Please note: It is a clients full responsibility to file a claim for packages that are lost, stolen and/or damaged with UPS OR USPS! 

At this time we cannot ship to PO BOXES!  


Once your order fulfillment email has been sent you have 14 days to pick up your order. If your order is not picked up within those 14 days your order will be restocked and a 15% restocking fee will apply. This also applies to an order that is chosen to never be picked up and returned. A store credit will then be issued and emailed to you for future usage. NO EXCEPTIONS!
