Custom Hat Bar Booking

 We are now offering our Trucker Hat Bar for private events. Kick your parties up a notch with a custom trucker hat bar. Whether it be a Birthday Party, Bachelorette Party, Wedding, Kids Birthday, Corporate Event it is sure to be a hit. We are serving Los Angeles County, Orange County, The I.E, and The Valley. We provide a large selection of patches along with premium trucker hats. Every last detail will be tailored to your needs depending on your type of event. You choose the theme, color way, and the vibe you want to set the tone for your event. 

EVENT PACKAGES & PRICING

- There will be an automatic $100 non-refundable booking fee which reserves your event date, and includes set up and travel fee. 

-Pricing is flexible and is set to accomodate your needs. Packages do require a minimum of 15 hats for private events.

-We highly recommend a consultation prior to booking to discuss event theme and customization selections you'd like for your event. 

SET UP INCLUDES

- On site staff for customization

-Two 6 ft tables with options for table linens to match your event theme.

-Large variety of patches to choose from

- Your choice of 4-6 color hats to choose from depending on package.

- Your option to add on more patches, hat chains and charms are all included as an option and reflected with different pricing.

-We will set up one hour prior to start of event.

- Patches are pressed with our heavy duty patch press.

TRAVEL 

- If your event is located past a 30 mile radius an additional fee will apply. This all depends on set up, distance, etc..

CUSTOMIZATION & PRICING

-Pricing is $30 PP which includes 3 patches and a premium trucker hat. If you would like to upgrade with a trucker hat chain and two charms price will be $40 PP.

- Every hat will be customized to each persons liking and staff will be available to provide suggestions and show finalized product prior to pressing. 

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

- Please fill out our contact form with your contact info please include phone # and email along with event date and number of guests. We will contact you as soon as possible and schedule a consultation to discuss your event details.

-Payment guidelines will vary depending on size of party.
